Celebration of Life and Leadership Gala
The Loudoun Laurels Foundation hosts its annual Celebration of Life and Leadership Gala on Saturday, September 28th honoring 2024 Laureates Stephen C. Price and J. Randall Minchew and scholarship recipients, Jordan Grandison and Diego Chavez.
On behalf of the Loudoun Laurels Foundation, we invite you to join us for our 2024 annual Celebration of Life and Leadership gala. Our 15th annual gala on September 28, 2024, will recognize individuals whose selflessness, imagination, and generosity have combined to enrich Loudoun County, improving the quality of life here for all its residents. By honoring community leaders, the Loudoun Laurels Foundation seeks to highlight major contributions to the preservation and conservation of our county’s natural and historic resources; the availability of proper nutrition, affordable housing, and medical care for underserved populations; and the promotion of a robust business, arts, and cultural environment in Loudoun County.
The gala also shines a light on two deserving Loudoun County high school seniors designated to receive $40,000 scholarships to attend the four-year Virginia state institution of higher learning of their choice. Our Loudoun Laurels Scholars are trailblazers who, in addition to their academic achievements, “pay it forward” with community support through volunteerism. To date we have awarded over $1million in scholarships to 27 students and honored 32 Laureates for their outstanding leadership and selfless commitment to the Loudoun County community and beyond.
Tickets for the gala include a cocktail reception, open bar, sit down surf and turf dinner entree, champagne toast, dessert, and keepsake program. A silent auction and live music will continue throughout the evening. Black tie is optional! This is an excellent opportunity to network with some of Loudoun’s most distinguished businesspeople, community leaders, and philanthropists.
